Hermanos is a film and book by creators Ivan Narez and Brandon Smith. Shot entirely on a Bolex H16 using Kodak Vision 3 16mm, the film takes you on a tour of various cities in Mexico following a group of skaters. The book is 64 pages of beautifully shot film photographs and interviews documenting the trip and shedding light on the brotherhood found in subculture. Offset printed with UV Soy Inks, complete cover to cover with blind debossed accents, a custom die cut window with a hand printed photograph, and finished with a 16mm film print. Arms art directed and designed the Hermanos book with Narez and Smith, and the first 400 books were assembled here at the studio amongst friends. Hermanos was printed in Los Angeles at the award winning Colornet Press.
